Terms & Conditions 1. Introduction These terms apply to the use of the ThinkingHarbour website and any coaching services offered through it. By using this website or engaging in coaching services, you agree to these terms. 2. Coaching services ThinkingHarbour provides one-to-one coaching sessions focused on clarity, decision-making, leadership, and personal or professional direction. Coaching is a reflective and collaborative process. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. 3. Client responsibility Clients are responsible for: their own decisions and actions how they choose to use the coaching process attending sessions as agreed Coaching is intended to support thinking and clarity, not to provide direct solutions or instructions. 4. Booking and payment Sessions are arranged by agreement. Payment terms (if applicable) will be communicated in advance. 5. Cancellation and rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged. 6. Confidentiality All coaching conversations are treated as confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties unless: required by law there is a serious risk of harm 7. Limitation of liability Coaching is a supportive process, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed. ThinkingHarbour is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions. 8.
