Cancellation Policy
EchoMindful Booking Policy 1. Scheduling Appointments All coaching sessions are scheduled online through the EchoMindful website. You will receive an email confirmation with the date, time, and meeting details after booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and may not be rescheduled or refunded. 4. Payment Payment for sessions is due in advance unless otherwise arranged. For free introductory sessions, booking is required to confirm your spot. 5. Refunds Refunds are available for prepaid sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows. 6. Session Duration Each session will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the session duration. 7. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. 8.
